Deposits / Payment Terms
A deposit of £100.00 is required for all bookings, this secures your date and we can guarantee no other bookings will take place. The deposit will be deducted from your final payment. An invoice will be sent to you and the final payment is required 14 days prior to the event or before if you so wish.

Method of Payment
Our preferred method of payment is by bank transfer. We can accept a personal cheque please make it payable to Catherine Turney

Booking Confirmation
Confirmation of each booking is only confirmed by receipt of the required deposit. All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of the quotation being written.

Hire of Props
All props ie candle holders, vases, etc are supplied on the basis of hire and remain at all times the property of C & C Floral Design Ltd. Any damage or loss of items will have to be paid for in full to C & C Floral Design Ltd even if the damage is caused by the venue. All hired items are the clients responsibility whilst hired at the venue address until such time they are collected or returned.

Cancellation Policy
Once and event is secured we will refuse any other conflicting work. Therefore, if the cancellation is by the client then the deposit will not be refunded.

Flower availability                                                                                                                                                                                                C & C Floral Design Ltd endeavours to re-create the flower design you have chosen as accurately as possible, however availability and seasonal changes in flowers may affect designs. Our aim is to minimize these and any substitutions in variety or colour will be discussed with you. We undertake to supply only the freshest and best quality blooms available.

Delivery Charges
Flowers will be delivered inclusive of your quote to one address only. Any other delivery to any other address is chargeable.

Consultation fee.                                                                                                                                                                                                 Our first consultation with you, to discuss your wedding flowers, is free of any charges. Any additional meetings will be charged at a fair hourly rate and mileage costs.

Set up charges.                                                                                                                                                                                                      As part of our service to you, our set up charge is incorporated in our quote. We will always set your venue up to the style we have discussed previously to your wedding date. This includes one set up only. Any additional wedding flower set up or venues change around will be charged at an hourly rate.

Quality Guarantee
We guarantee a quality product and service to you, our customer. If you are not fully satisfied with our services or product we will personally investigate all complaints thoroughly.  In the event of a genuine complaint, compensation may be sought. This does not affect you statutory rights as a consumer.
